All I can say is oh my god what an amazing experience these pasts 3 months have been with Nikki. She is an amazing person I could have not made the incredible shifts without her. My time with Nikki was so much more than I could ever have expected. I began this journey wanting to have someone to soundboard with about my thoughts and experiences as I started to become more conscious.

I didn't start this coaching feeling broken, but I ended it feeling so healed. Through my time with Nikki I learned to truly understand I don't need to be fixed. I am not broken. I wasn't traveling through life feeling broken, I'm a happy soul and this wasn't at the surface for me.

But actions i've taken throughout my adult life have all been around fixing myself. I've been on so many diets, always been at the gym and always been working to keep my weight comfortable or lose weight.

The gym and diets always felt like work. Like pressure, things I had to do. Digging into things with Nikki I suddenly realised this. Realised I was always working on fixing myself.

The self love i've created since working with Nikki, the way I view my body, my exercise and nutrition is forever changed. I eat and I work out because i love to and I want to. Food is about nourishing my body, exercise is meditative. I never knew what I was missing.

As if that wasn't enough, I also learned with Nikki how to really listen to my instinct, my inner knowing. Transforming my thoughts around my business and direction and for the first time finding my life's purpose and truly feeling aligned.

Again, not an area I felt was broken. It's like you don't know how amazing something can be when you've never experienced it.

A year ago I sat across from you on a zoom screen and told you about my life. It was depressing and stagnant. I was SO deep in fear, resistance and self loathing and just craved to find light. In the months prior I watched you leave your 9-5 to free fall into your literal dreams and I watched from afar how your fall was not just braced but EMBRACED. You were radiant, nourished, absolutely glowing. From getting to see this in you, I felt it was possible but didn't know if it could be for me. In our meetings you held the torch for me when I couldn't hold it for myself, you encouraged me to take on the challenge of getting my own studio, which I had mentioned several times but whenever I did, I spoke of it as something that was far out and not really an option for me.

Around our last couple of sessions I took a leap and signed a lease for a studio, and I can't stress enough how my entire life changed. A year later and l'm signed with a gallery, consistently selling work & have an overwhelming number of commissions to complete. I can finally financially support myself and have the freedom and drive to maintain my meditation, breath work, workout & self care routines- the first time in my life for any of these, nonetheless all together!!! I took the leap and was braced, like I saw in you. And it's because of you. I really feel in my heart that the impact of getting to watch your transformation & being totally held and encouraged by you is what ultimately fueled a domino effect of what my life has become today. My entire way of being, who I was, has changed. I used to people please to no end and find myself only happy when others around me were happy. Now my soul is happy and before I fill other cups, I fill my own. The power to truly understanding that is so clear now. Finding the real me through all of this has been so amazing.

I have begun figuring out who I truly am and how I can make choices based on what I want and not what the programming expects of me in such a positive confident way.

Oh my gosh where can I start with describing how transformational my 12 weeks were Nikki were.
